We are the Largest PVD Coating facility in Pakistan. We are equipped with State of the Art equipment.
Vacuum Processing
The inside of the process furnace (chamber) is vacuumexhausted to the level (base pressure) where the coating is not affected. If more air than allowed remains in the furnace, an oxide film forms on the surface of the workpiece during the subsequent heating process, which can lead to poor adhesion.
Heating
Impurities (mainly water) adhering to the surface of the workpiece are evaporated. Even a small amount of water can lead to poor adhesion, so the furnace temperature is properly controlled, and all workpieces are thoroughly heated.
Cooling and Venting
Nitrogen or helium can be injected into the process furnace to promote cooling. Because discoloration (adhesion of temper color) can occur depending on the type of object (workpiece) being coated, consideration must be given to when air is injected.

We Deal in PVD Coatings
PVD is an effective method of MODIFYING and IMPROVING SURFACE features in terms of aesthetic appearance, mechanical properties and durability. {town} PVD coatings are harder and more corrosion resistant than coatings applied by traditional electroplating processes. They can resist to high temperatures and to abrasion stresses, therefore additional protective coatings are not required.

The main fields for applying spraying technology include surface treatment for large members, high-speed deposition, and thick film deposition. In contrast to this, deposition technology based on PVD can be applied to applications requiring detail in optical and electronic functional film such as protective film for tools and automobile parts. In addition, because PVD technology does not use chemicals as in wet plating, it is environmentally friendly.
